OMBRETTA VENEZIANI
"I am 38, I live in Milan with my two dogs and my cat. I love running and I am starting pole dance...I find it very cool, mostly for gymnastic elements. But I love CrossFit, I am a Cfer. I do CrossFit since 1 year and half, some teaching, but almost always by myself, in my box.
I know that I would have been a better athlete if I had good coaching....but it's never too late!
I only need someone who believes in me and my strength. I do.
I did a challenge two weeks ago and I got 15th place amongst 40 female athletes. Not so good, but proud of myself and my work.
My goals are get stronger much more, improve my tecnique and my score in each workout,every day. Every day overcome my weaknesses.Being on the top of italian athletes and go to the games.
My goals are my dreams. I know I can do it. I am strong enough!!!"
