"I have been Crossfitting approximately three years. I am a coach and now co-owner of RedWolf CrossFit in Huntington Beach, CA. Besides being a CrossFit enthusiast, I am a Police Officer for the City of Long Beach. I found CrossFit through military and law enforcement forums, to stay in shape for the demands of my job. CrossFit has helped me chase after bad guys :) I love lifting heavy, a friendly competition, and always pushing myself. CrossFit has become more than a passion or a program for me. It has kept me safe at work, its a lifestyle, and I enjoy spreading the good the news to others"
In 2011, I placed 63rd in the CF Open. In 2012, I placed 29th in the CF Open. I opt’d to compete in the team competition, hoping to advance to the Games. At the 2012 SoCal Regionals, our team placed 10th. In 2013, my plan is to compete in the individual competition at Regionals."
